  • Start by submitting an Order Inquiry. We will follow up with an email and/or an Event Questionnaire to gather more information and inspiration photos.

    We will ask you to choose a pricing package that aligns with your budget, and once you confirm the design details and quantities we send over an invoice to get your spot secured on our calendar.

    All of our custom sugar cookies are designed specifically for you and your event. Inspiration photos are fantastic for us to get a sense of your aesthetic and expectations, but, ultimately, all our designs are unique and we do not copy other cookie sets.

  • Custom cookies are typically ready by 12pm on the day you select for fulfillment. If you need them earlier, please let us know before booking to make sure we can accommodate (we usually can).

  • Inspiration photos are great for us to get a sense of your expectations and aesthetic, but, ultimately, each cookie set we create for our clients is original and we don’t recreate others’ work.

    We take everything you include in your design questionnaire into consideration when creating the designs; however, Dina asks for creative liberty within those parameters and she doesn’t send cookie sketches. She’s realized she is a process artist and a lot of her design choices are made while creating the cookies. If you've seen her work and are ready to partner with her on this process we're definitely the right fit and we look forward to it!

  • Our hand-decorated cookies are available to be individually packaged for a $8/upgrade per dozen.

    Printed cookies are individually heat-sealed as an inclusion in the per dozen price.

  • That’s a fair question! This is something we recently began to implement so we can continue to offer beautifully hand-decorated cookies to our clients.

    Hand-decorated cookies are incredibly time-intensive and packaging each one individually adds to our work time in a significant way. In order to continue to create our unique and hand crafted decorated cookies we had to implement a small change to our packaging policy.

  • It varies by month, but, typically our calendar books up about 3 weeks in advance.

    We are taking a limited number of hand-decorated cookie orders each week, so spots are scarce and we recommend reaching out early.

  • Depending on the size of the cookie order, we can turn around printed cookies. in as little as 2 days. However, it also depends on our availability. We have many repeat business clients that book large orders far in advance and we may not always have the availability to turn around an order in a few days.

    We try our best to leave space for our business clients’ last-minute requests, but it really depends on the week.

  • Yes! As a full-time custom bakery we can handle orders both large and small.

    Typically, we have a limit of 5 dozen for hand-decorated cookies, but our printed cookies are available for orders of any size.

  • Most items have a 2 dozen minimum. We can occasionally accommodate a smaller order of 1 dozen printed cookies.

  • Our invoices are sent via Honeybook and can be paid online. We accept all major credit cards.

  • We deliver our cookies within San Francisco via curbside Uber Package for a delivery fee that ranges from $15-$30, depending on where you are located. We can also deliver outside of San Francisco; that fee varies greatly with distance, but is typically $40-$50+.

    There is a minimum $35 cake transport fee for cake deliveries within San Francisco. Cakes can be transported outside San Francisco to a limited area and the fee is dependent on location.

    Free pickup is in Sunnyside/Miraloma and is by appointment only.

  • Yes! We are a fully licensed and insured home kitchen in San Francisco county. We follow all necessary health department requirements to make sure your treats are not only beautiful and delicious, but also safely prepared.

  • We offer sugar cookies made with alternative flours; however, we regularly prepare food in our kitchen which contains food allergens. If you have a food allergy please let us know prior to ordering as we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product.

  • Once your invoice is paid you will receive a payment confirmation. You will receive a calendar confirmation with your pickup/delivery time and can rest assured that your spot is secured.
