Submit a virtual class inquiry from our website. We will contact you with our availability and if we’re available for your requested date we will invoice you for the class total.

Once you have your cookies and access code you can take the class at your convenience. Our classes are mobile-friendly and can be accessed from your phone, laptop, or tablet.

If taking the class in a group setting, each person will have access to the class on their device and can go at their own pace.

Currently, there is no maximum, though whether we can accommodate depends on our availability (we’re baking everything for you!).

During the holidays we offer single virtual class kits. At most other times of the year we have a 10-person minimum.

We provide freshly baked cookies, icing in piping bags, decorating tools, printed decorating instructions, a quick start guide, the class access code, and boxes to transport your finished cookies.

No! Unlike other virtual classes, you do not have to bake your own cookies! We bake everything for you and send it to you either by local same-day delivery or 1-day UPS.

It depends on how many cookies you would like to include in your class. Currently, we have 3- and 6-cookie classes.

Our 3-cookie classes take about 60-70 minutes to finish. Our 6-cookie classes can take anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete. It largely depends on your pace.

Technically, your access doesn’t expire; however, you would need to order additional cookies from us to take the class again.

If you anticipate wanting to take the class more than once we can add an additional set of cookies and icing to your order.

Depending on our availability and your location, we either send everything via same-day delivery or 1-day UPS shipping. If we are shipping we pack everything carefully in a box to minimize movement during transit and ensure everything arrives safely.

Our classes are designed to be comprehensive and extremely detailed so you won’t get stuck. We have visual step-by-step instructions, as well as full decorating videos to keep you on track.

At this time our virtual classes are only available with our standard sugar cookie recipe, which contains wheat, eggs, and milk.

Cookies are individually heat-sealed and will stay fresh in the unopened bags for about 2 weeks. Icing is best kept refrigerated and can last about 6 weeks in the refrigerator and 2 weeks at room temperature.
